The Holistic Divorce Method

A Transformational Divorce Program

Your marriage is ending. You loved this person, built a life together—and now you’re preparing to take it apart.

What do you do next?

You’ve seen divorce up close. Maybe you watched your parents go through it. Maybe you’ve seen friends spend years untangling finances, fighting over parenting time, and spending thousands on lawyers. The aftermath can be brutal—emotionally, financially, and spiritually.

I get it. After 20 years as an attorney, I know the court system isn’t designed to support families—it’s built to divide assets and determine custody. Necessary, yes. But it’s not enough. Courts can’t teach you how to co-parent with compassion or how to turn one household into two healthy homes. And attorneys? They’re trained to advocate for individuals—not families.

That’s why I created the Holistic Divorce Method—a step-by-step coaching and mediation process that helps couples divorce with clarity, confidence, and collaboration. I left the courtroom to work with families in a way that actually heals, empowers, and supports long-term success—not just legal closure.

The Holistic Divorce Method is for couples who are ready to divorce—and want to do it well.

This is how the program works:

Step One: Assessment.

We don’t dig into your past—we focus on what’s happening right now. This phase is all about understanding how you each show up in conflict. What happens when you feel hurt, misunderstood, or overwhelmed? We’ll map your default reactions and show you how to shift into healthier, more productive responses—because how you navigate conflict from here on out will shape your family’s future.

Step Two: Strengthen.

Once you understand your patterns, we begin building the skills that will help you move through this process with greater ease and respect. You’ll learn how to:

  • De-escalate emotional situations
  • Communicate clearly, even under stress
  • Set healthy boundaries and hold them
  • Make decisions together when the stakes are high

These tools will support your divorce—and serve your co-parenting or post-divorce relationship for years to come.

Step Three: Decide.

Now that you’re equipped with insight and tools, you’re ready to move forward. With the support of your coach, you and your spouse will:

  • Identify the key legal and logistical issues in your divorce
  • Create a parenting plan—including how to talk to your children
  • Establish a budget and timeline
  • Explore financial options for your next chapter
  • Make difficult decisions together using your new tools and the mediation skills of your coach;
  • Have your final agreement drafted by an attorney
  • Avoid paying thousand of dollars to attorneys, financial planners and therapists, and
  • Create the future you desire.
