We’re excited to share a new direction for the Circle of Support. Originally designed to assist individuals through divorce, the Circle is now open to anyone seeking resilience, personal growth, and transformation. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, recovering from loss, or simply seeking strength in times of uncertainty, this space is for you.

October 29: Reconnecting to Your True Self

Life can sometimes cause us to lose touch with our authentic selves. In this session, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with who you truly are, embracing self-awareness and discovering the parts of you that may have been overshadowed by life’s challenges. Find clarity, inner strength, and confidence in being your true self.

November 5: Rebuilding Trust in Yourself and Others

Trust is essential to every relationship, especially the one you have with yourself. This session will help you rebuild trust—whether with yourself or others—by offering tools for self-compassion, confidence, and emotional healing. Learn how to strengthen your inner trust and foster more authentic, trusting relationships.

November 19: Navigating Loneliness

Loneliness is a common emotion, but it can also be an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. In this session, we’ll explore how to navigate feelings of loneliness with mindfulness and compassion. You’ll learn ways to embrace solitude as a time for healing and deepening your connection with yourself.

December 3: Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a powerful act of self-liberation. Whether you’re seeking to forgive yourself or others, this session will guide you through the process of letting go, releasing resentment, and creating more peace in your life. Learn how forgiveness can help you move forward with freedom and clarity.

December 10: Cultivating Gratitude

Gratitude has the power to shift your perspective and create more joy in your life. In this session, we’ll explore practices that help you cultivate gratitude in both small moments and significant experiences. Discover how focusing on gratitude can bring more positivity and abundance into your life.

 

What You'll Pay:

A $90 monthly membership includes:

  • two Zoom sessions per month;
  • one restorative yoga class; 
  • access to the Voxer group for ongoing support throughout the month; and
  • bonus events.
